Vortex WON't OPEN when I'm OFFLINE. It only OPENS when I'm ONLINE. I was able to open it offline before to manage some of my mods so I don't know why I can't now. It also shows an "EFILE" error. Contributor TanninOne commented Apr 23, 2019 I hope this is fixed in 0.18....
